Accanto alla sua prima via chiodata, Erebor, Stefano Ghisolfi libera un nuovo 9b: The Lonely Mountain

Stefano aggiunge un nuovo 9b alla sua collezione, che ne conta ormai ben quattro, e aggiunge anche una nuova via al suo curriculum da chiodatore. Proprio dove è nata sua prima creatura, Erebor, nasce così un nuovo tiro che anzi è la versione originale, e più dura, della precedente. Erebor nasce come variante aggiungendo uno spit sulla sinistra di questa vecchia/nuova linea.

Per salirla è stato necessaria cambiare tutto: una nuova sequenza di movimenti ha permesso a Stefano di chiudere anche questo progetto per cui ha proposto il grado 9b anche se, come dice lui stesso, «è più difficile di Erebor»

Ecco cosa scrive Stefano sul suo profilo Instagram dopo la salita:

Ended the year just as it started, with the ascent of the very first route I bolted in my life. And this is actually the first version I bolted in June 2020, it looked impossibile at first so I added a bolt on the left and climbed Erebor last january. After that, I figured out the original version was possible and started trying the middle section, which is hard and exclusive of this route, adding some spicy moves with a dynamic from a very tiny crimp.

It felt very hard at the beginning, then I changed almost all the betas in every section and finally climbed it today. And it’s even harder to grade it, so I can suggest a symbolic 9b, even if it is harder than Erebor.
